Refund Policy

At 3LSEWHERE, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or general dissatisfaction.

Exchanges for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only accept exchange requests for items that arrive:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect

If you believe you received an item with a significant factory defect, shipping damage, or the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request an exchange, please email hello@3lsewhere.com or contact us through our contact form within that 48-hour window.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • the item must be in its original packaging
  • the item must be in unused, as-new condition
  • the item must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse beyond the reported issue
  • you must provide clear proof of the issue

"In as-new condition" means the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in the same condition it was received, aside from the reported factory defect or fulfillment issue.

We reserve the right to deny any exchange request if the item does not meet these requirements.

How to Submit a Request

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • A brief description of your request
  • Clear photos showing the issue, including the damaged or defective area of the item

Requests sent without sufficient detail or photo evidence may not be approved.

Important Notes

  • All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless required by applicable law
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery
  • If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps
