At 3LSEWHERE, we aim to get your order out as smoothly and quickly as possible. Please review the information below for shipping timelines, pre-order items, and international delivery details.

Order Processing

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, restocks, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Canada

We offer free shipping within Canada.

Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days after shipment.

United States

We offer free shipping to the United States.

Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days after shipment.

International Orders

Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination, order size, and package weight.

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and local carrier conditions.

International customers may be charged customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees according to their country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis. This means the item is purchased before it is ready to ship.

Pre-order timelines will be noted on the product page where applicable. These timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing schedules, quality control, freight movement, customs clearance, or other factors outside of our control.

If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that:

The item is not ready for immediate shipment
Production and fulfillment timelines are estimates
Delays can occur during manufacturing and transit

Estimated Pre-Order Fulfillment Timeline

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please allow approximately:

2–6 weeks for production and manufacturing
An additional 1–2 weeks for packing and fulfillment after inventory arrives

Total estimated timeline for pre-order delivery may range from 3–8 weeks, depending on the product and shipping destination.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, labor disruptions, supply chain issues, or other events outside our control.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@3lsewhere.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, 3LSEWHERE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier first.
